Do I have to install anything myself?
No. Interface has a nationwide network of professional technicians to install your new system. The Install, set-up, and future maintenance is all included in the Network of the Future
pricing.
How long will I be down?
Interface pre-configures and tests
their network cabinet complete with gear prior to install, and most of the work will be done without impact to the restaurant. 10-15 minutes of down-time is typical while converting the network.
What vendors does the Interface Network of the Future Program replace?
Interface will become your sole provider for Broadband, Firewall, Phone and LTE Backup (replacing CenturyLink, Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum, Optimum, Verizon). On top of that, Interface will add Wifi for both restaurant facing needs and guest facing Wifi as well.
How do I sign up?
Smashburger has pre-negotiated pricing on your behalf, making the sign-up process simple and easy. Fill in the Network of the Future Checklist that includes a few simple questions to fit the template to your needs. From there the Interface order desk will send a digital agreement for signature, and within a few weeks after the sign-up window completes, you will be contacted by the Interface team for an introduction with the designated Smashburger project team.
